xTool P2 High Density Fixture Plate
Our High Density (HD) fixture pattern is the standard for production laser shops. Now the HD pattern is availavle for the xTool P2 laser.
Adding a High Density fixture plate to your xTool P2 is a great way to expand your laser's functionality. The vast majority of fiber lasers utilize the popular M6x25 bolt pattern and there are hundereds of accessories and jigs availble. With one of our HD laser fixtures you'll be able to use those fixtures and accessories. In addition to M6 threaded holes, the HD Fixture pattern has precision 6mm dowel holes for tool-less fixturing that can elminate the need for most custom jigs. Our High Density pattern consists of holes spaced at 12.5mm doubling your mounting options and making it compatiable with all accessories and jigs based on an M6x25 or M6x50 pattern.
Installation:
There are a variety of ways to install the xTool P2 High Density Fixture Plate:
1*. Each of the two plates contain 4 countersunk bolt holes for through mounting.
2*. The plates can be bolted from below using any of the threaded M6 holes.
3. Double sided tape.
4. Adhesive magnets
* Requires drilling holes through the base of the laser.
